Job Summary
Monitor client premises and patrol assigned sites to ensure safety and enforce regulations regarding personnel and visitors. Observe and report activities and incidents while providing customer service and information to employees and customers. Perform frequent sitting, standing, and walking, including climbing stairs and navigating uneven terrain, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Complete required patrols and pass drug screening and background checks. No prior experience necessary; training provided for retail, food service, or hospitality backgrounds. Full and part-time shifts available across multiple bus-accessible locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Ability to complete patrols
- Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer)
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must pass our drug screen and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Prior security experience is a plus
- Retail, food service or hospitality industry background
