Job Summary
Weekend RN Supervisor role overseeing nursing operations on weekend shifts with responsibilities including supervising and supporting nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident/patient care, coordinating clinical operations and staffing, responding to emergencies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and effective communication with physicians, residents/patients, families, and the care team. Requires an active RN license in good standing and demonstrated leadership/clinical abilities; weekend differential and growth opportunities offered. Location: Newport, NH.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
