Job Summary
Assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer nursing care in a skilled nursing facility setting. Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure delivery of care aligns with federal, state, and local standards. Evaluate nursing care outcomes while maintaining established infection control policies and administrative guidelines. Work weekends from 7:00a to 7:00p at a Newsweek-recognized workplace offering flexible pay options and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work
- current CPR or BLS certification
- basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software
- Saturday and Sunday shifts
