Job Summary
Weekend RN Supervisor provides direct nursing care and supervises nursing assistants, ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and Local standards. Responsibilities include coordinating care plans with the healthcare team, administering medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and documenting care, educating patients on procedures, monitoring equipment and vital signs, initiating corrective actions for adverse symptoms, providing bedside care across a range of medical cases (including pre- and post-surgery), and participating in discharge planning. Requires RN with current state license, CPR certification, and strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills, plus ability to lift 50+ pounds and sustain prolonged standing/walking. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current state license
- Current/active CPR certification
- Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
