Weekend RN Supervisor

Supervise floor nurses and staff to ensure care aligns with established standards, resolve conflicts, and replace nurses calling off or missing shifts. Assist the ADON/DON with calculating daily staffing needs based on census, review doctor's orders for residents, and oversee resident assessments. Coordinate care through communication with families, physicians, and providers, manage family concerns, and update leadership on important situations. Enter admission orders in ECS for new residents and request supplies from Central Supply. Assist with managing emergencies in the Health Center or independent living. Requires current Florida RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience.
