Job Summary
Provide weekend morning clinical leadership as RN Supervisor. Oversee nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care, monitor resident conditions, and address clinical concerns. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges; collaborate with physicians, residents, and families; ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations; provide guidance and coaching to nursing team; respond to emergencies and oversee accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
