Job Summary
Weekend RN Supervisor responsible for leading nursing staff and ensuring quality resident care during weekend shifts. Key duties include supervising nursing staff, overseeing medication management, implementing care plans, providing/direct care support, ensuring accurate documentation, leading shift communications, enforcing infection control and safe practices, coordinating staffing coverage, investigating incidents, and monitoring lab work. Requires RN license in Texas and ability to supervise, delegate, and coordinate care in a fast-paced weekend environment. Eight hours of consecutive work per day are required.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
