Job Summary
Lead and support nursing staff while coordinating resident admissions, discharges, transfers, and clinical care. Conduct daily rounds to assess resident conditions, respond to changes in health status, and investigate incidents to implement preventive measures. Assist with staffing and scheduling, ensure compliance with state, federal, and Fairmount policies, and provide leadership during emergencies as Charge Nurse when needed. Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence while serving as a trusted resource for residents, families, physicians, and team members. Required Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
