Weekend RN Supervisor – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing operations during assigned weekend shifts. Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care. Oversee medication administration, treatments, assessments, and clinical documentation while ensuring care aligns with individualized plans and physician orders. Guide RNs, LPNs, and Nursing Assistants; monitor resident condition changes for appropriate interventions. Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Assist with admissions, transfers, and status changes. Ensure compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and clinical standards. Maintain a safe, professional, and resident-centered environment.
