Weekend RN Supervisor – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing operations during assigned weekend shifts. Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care while overseeing medication administration, treatments, assessments, and clinical documentation. Ensure resident care aligns with individualized care plans and physician orders, providing guidance and coaching to RNs, LPNs, and Nursing Assistants. Monitor changes in resident conditions, communicate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and assist with admissions and transfers. Maintain compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations to promote a safe, professional environment.
