Weekend RN Nursing Supervisor

Receive shift reports, conduct physical rounds assessing care quality, and supervise charge nurses on medication passes, documentation, and treatments. Evaluate nurse performance, coach staff, and monitor policy adherence while assessing critically ill residents and reporting findings to physicians. Coordinate emergency responses, lead the department in the Director's absence, and assist with root cause analysis and QAPI initiatives. Ensure safe work practices and provide empathetic communication to families regarding condition changes. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.
