Job Summary
Weekend RN Manager provides clinical leadership and oversight of weekend operations in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Responsibilities include leading weekend clinical operations, mentoring nurses and nursing assistants, ensuring high-quality resident care and customer service, managing admissions and discharges, coordinating with physicians and facility leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. Requires strong leadership, communication, clinical judgment, and the ability to autonomously drive positive resident outcomes within a two-day-per-week on-site schedule. Salary targets approximately $100k annually with an $80/hour-equivalent based on scheduled hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN License
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
