Job Summary
Provide direct care for residents and oversee day-to-day activities of CNAs under the supervision of the DON to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards. Must hold a PA nursing license, maintain CPR certification, and stay in good standing. Weekend RN role in a 150-bed post-acute facility with opportunities for PRN work within the PACS network; benefits include pay trajectory ($41-$45/hr), PayActiv, paid time off, loan repayment options, and retirement plans. Responsibilities include delivering resident care, supervising CNAs, and contributing to quality care while pursuing ongoing education and professional goals.
Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
- current CPR certification
- ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- experience with PCC preferred
