Job Summary
The Residential Assistant at Linwood Center participates in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEP), Individualized Residential Treatment Plans (IRTP), and Behavior Plans (BP). Responsibilities include providing guidance to residents on daily living tasks, ensuring safety, promoting meaningful engagement in activities, and managing paperwork. Candidates must demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and effective communication skills while being patient and compassionate.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass criminal background and drug screening

- Effective oral and written communication skills
