Weekend Residence Crisis Management Coordinator

Respond to student crises during weekend evening hours, providing immediate de-escalation, support, and resource connection for psychological, emotional, or situational emergencies. Serve as the primary point of contact for students experiencing distress, ensuring their safety and facilitating access to appropriate care. Work every other weekend from Friday 4:00 PM to Sunday 12:00 AM, totaling 36 hours per shift. This role supports Talladega College's grant-funded initiative to foster a safe residential campus environment through proactive crisis prevention.
