Job Summary
Weekend Registered Vascular Technologist performs non-invasive diagnostic ultrasound exams (peripheral arterial/venous, carotid, and renal arteries) and records results; schedules exams and maintains patient data; operates ultrasound equipment per policy; ensures patient comfort and safety during position transfers; contributes to QA and data for clinical vascular lab and hospital quality processes; requires completion of an accredited vascular program and current registry with CCI or ARDMS; role emphasizes weekend, part-time duties and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited vascular program
- Registry by Cardiovascular Credentialing International or American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers
