Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety while managing staffing levels and adjusting as necessary. Address and resolve patient and family concerns, support resident rights, and promote positive interactions with visitors. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies while maintaining collaborative team dynamics.
