Job Summary
Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical activities during Saturday and Sunday 12-hour shifts at Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation and Healing of Ocala. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies while conducting patient rounds to monitor care and safety. Address and resolve patient and family concerns, manage staffing levels as necessary, and support resident rights and safety protocols. Promote positive interactions with residents, families, and visitors to foster collaborative team dynamics. This role requires a current RN or LPN license with prior supervisory experience in healthcare.
