Job Summary
Weekend RN Supervisor leads nursing staff and oversees clinical activities during weekend shifts to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient teamwork. Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, ensuring adherence to facility policies and healthcare regulations, addressing patient and family concerns, conducting patient rounds to monitor care and safety, managing staffing levels, and adjusting coverage as needed. Requires active RN or LPN license, prior healthcare supervisory experience, and strong leadership/communication/problem-solving abilities. Emphasis on resident safety, resident rights, collaborative team dynamics, and positive interactions with residents, families, and visitors.
