Job Summary
Weekend RN Supervisor responsibilities include supporting the Director of Nursing in delivering safe, high-quality nursing care on a weekend schedule (Friday half-day; Saturdays and Sundays on 12-hour shifts). Lead and direct clinical operations on the assigned shift, mentor staff, ensure compliance with policies and practice standards, coordinate care with other departments, and help maintain adequate staffing with emphasis on minimizing overtime and agency use. Participate in staff recruitment, new-hire orientation, and make recommendations for promotions/transfers/terminations. Qualifications require graduation from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred) and current RN licensure. Posted salary range: $37-$45 per hour.
