Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing care for residents at Ripley Healthcare Center, including assessing conditions, administering medications, and implementing physician orders. Supervise LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs while coordinating care for therapy and procedures. Initiate team conferences to develop individualized care plans and ensure equipment maintenance and supply utilization. Report pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents. Includes a $6/hr Weekend Warrior Bonus for full-time or part-time staff. Valid RN license, CPR certification, and one year of experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
- Valid RN license in the state employed
- Valid CPR certification
