Job Summary
Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in Cabarrus and Stanly counties, administering medications, wound care, and treatments per designated care plans. Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Managers, and execute doctor's orders while performing necessary assessments. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations on a touch pad tablet, managing case coordination and time effectively. Requires a current North Carolina RN license, one year of clinical experience, and proficiency with electronic medical records. Weekend per diem schedule with weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend Registered Nurse, (RN)
- HOME HEALTH/OASIS DOCUMENTATION EXPERIENCE
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Prior home care experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
