Job Summary
Weekend per diem Registered Nurse (RN) needed for Home Health in the Raleigh area, serving Wake, Durham, and Johnston counties. Responsibilities include following a designated care plan, making home visits, administering medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures; formal case management and coordination; thorough documentation of observations, interventions, and evaluations; and follow-up with doctors’ orders. Requires NC RN license, at least one year of clinical experience (home care preferred but not required), ability to travel to cases, and proficiency with electronic medical records. Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
