Job Summary
Provide nursing care to hospice patients, residents, and families in home settings, focusing on symptom management and pain control while adhering to program Standards of Practice. Deliver two 10-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Maintain knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies, and procedures. Hold a current and valid NY State license to practice as a Registered Nurse with one to two years of recent acute care nursing experience and excellent assessment skills. Possess a current, valid NY State driver's license and own transportation.
