Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care through the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and responsible parties to develop individualized plans of care, ensuring consistent implementation focused on resident-centered outcomes. Maintain optimum resident comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and sharing relevant information regarding changing care plans. Work three 12-hour shifts every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) with opportunities to pick up additional shifts for incentive bonuses. Requires current state RN license and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
- Availability for three 12-hour shifts every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
