Weekend Registered Nurse Inpatient-Delnor Critical Care Unit Full Time Nights

Conduct inpatient critical care nursing for acutely ill patients across three 12-hour shifts per week from Friday through Sunday nights (7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.). Perform nursing assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations while prescribing, delegating, and coordinating care. Collaborate with physicians, families, and ancillary staff to develop and document individualized care plans focused on patient outcomes. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, utilize evidence-based research to guide practice decisions, and participate in shared governance and unit projects. Maintain ANA standards of professional nursing practice and adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
