Weekend Registered Nurse - Home Visits

Provide home health nursing care to adult and senior patients in the Las Vegas valley, performing comprehensive head-to-toe assessments, and leveraging experience with acute/post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care). Independently triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home, conduct medication reconciliation and patient safety monitoring, and perform wound assessment, care, and documentation. Maintain an adaptable, patient-centered approach with strong prioritization, documentation via point-of-care technology, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to support patients remaining at home. Requires Nevada RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program; experience in Medicare Home Health with OASIS documentation is required. BAYADA is an equal opportunity employer.
