Job Summary
Conduct home health visits in Tucson, Arizona, following designated care plans to administer medication, perform wound care, and execute doctor's orders. Monitor client conditions, report changes to managers, and perform assessments as necessary while accurately documenting observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet. Manage case coordination and travel to assigned cases independently. This part-time or full-time role offers flexible schedules, 1:1 care, and great work/life balance for RNs with recent clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in AZ.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior home care experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
