Weekend Receptionist

Answer and direct callers to appropriate phone lines, screen visitors, staff, and vendors per DPH guidelines, and assist with necessary visitor testing. Greet new admissions, direct families and visitors to resident rooms, and support department heads with clerical tasks including tracking documentation, copying, and faxing. This role is part of the Weekend Front Desk team at Sugar Hill, the premier choice for elegant assisted living in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts.
