Weekend Receptionist

Accurately communicate resort amenities and policies, assist clients with account creation, and answer phones with courteous support. Check pets into and out of the resort, verifying invoices and recording diet, medications, and belongings. Collect vaccination records from owners or veterinarians, perform weekly inventory checks of office equipment, and deliver or retrieve pets to and from kennels as needed. Collaborate with kennel staff to create pet report cards and maintain a clean, organized lobby. Requires at least one year of customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and comfort handling pets of various sizes.
