Job Summary
Perform visual inspections of RF microelectronics modules, including precap, final, MMIC, and wire bond checks, while interpreting prints and Source Control Drawings. Execute mechanical dimension verification, solder inspection per IPC-A-610, and die shear or wire bond testing using go/no-go gauges. Review Data Entry Documentation and adhere to MIL-STD-883 and IPC standards. Utilize optical microscopy for the majority of daily tasks, with 30% walking and 70% constant sitting. Lift up to 25 lbs from floor to waist and carry 10 lbs. Submit findings via SAP ERP or EMPOWER systems. Requires US citizenship and high school diploma; training provided.
