Job Summary
Examine and treat patients with physical impairments through physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Administer skilled intermittent care under physician orders and the established plan of care, while teaching families and the health care team. Deliver specialty programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Total Hip and Knee Replacement. Requires current state licensure, valid driver's license, and dependable automobile insurance. Full-time weekend schedule with $5000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
- Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.
