Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the culinary or food industry is preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service
- Comfortable with bussing tasks, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and processing orders accurately
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic cafe setting
- Prior experience in a grocery store or similar food service environment is beneficial
