Weekend Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health

Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, independent self-care, and daily living skills. Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach families and health care teams. Deliver specialty programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement. Perform all services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation suitable for all weather conditions.
