Job Summary
Weekend Physical Therapist PRN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning, and direct/indirect patient care. Responsibilities include clear communication, building collaborative relationships, accountability for performance, seeking ways to improve patient experience, taking initiative for professional growth, and engaging with the team to build a winning unit. Requires graduation from an accredited PT program, valid Texas license (or temporary) and BLS, with at least 1 year licensed PT experience. Experience in a hospital setting and ability to work weekends is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
