Job Summary
PRN weekend/weekday schedule Physical Therapist position providing professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Requires PT degree from an accredited program, Texas license (or temporary license), and Basic Life Support. 1 year licensed PT experience preferred. Responsibilities emphasize clear communication, building collaborative relationships, accountability for performance, improving patient experience, pursuing professional growth, and engaging the care team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
