Weekend Physical Therapist PRN

Render professional physical therapy to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct and indirect care while communicating clearly and building relationships to promote a collaborative environment. Accountable for performance and committed to improving the patient experience through initiative and professional growth. Weekend availability with some occasional weekday shifts. Requires a Texas license, one year of licensed PT experience, and BLS certification.
