Weekend Physical Therapist PRN

Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct and indirect patient care while building relationships to promote a collaborative environment. Communicate clearly, remain accountable for performance, and take initiative for professional growth. Maintain weekend availability with some occasional weekday shifts as a PRN role.
