Job Summary
PRN weekend Physical Therapist collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide professional physical therapy, including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning. Requires graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy, current BLS, Texas license or temporary license, and at least 1 year licensed PT experience. Responsibilities include clear communication, building collaborative relationships, accountability for performance, improving the patient experience, taking initiative for professional growth, and contributing to a winning team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
