Weekend Physical Security Officer - San Francisco 8 AM - 4 PM (Part Time)

Job Summary
Oversee and ensure the security of all assigned areas within the San Francisco corporate headquarters while managing building access and enforcing security protocols. Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to maintain perimeter integrity, inspect entry points and common areas, and monitor security systems including CCTV, radios, and life-safety equipment. Respond promptly to emergencies as the first on-scene responder, coordinate with GSOC and external services, and issue or retrieve access credentials. Maintain accurate logs, participate in briefings and training sessions, and complete required recurring drills and online courses. This part-time role runs 8 AM to 4 PM on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of security, concierge, or hospitality experience in a corporate or high-security environment
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must successfully complete a CritiCall computer-based assessment during the hiring process
- Experience with CCTV/VMS, access control platforms, radios, or other security technologies
- Ability to walk, stand, patrol multiple floors, and respond quickly to emergencies
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Meet all licensing requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Security Operations Center (GSOC/SOC)
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- American Red Cross preferred
- Training in conflict resolution, de-escalation, or customer experience
- Experience supporting C-suite leaders, Board of Directors, or VIP clientele
