Weekend Per Diem Clinical Evaluator

Conduct on-site assessments of prospective admissions and coordinate outside marketing and public relations programs to drive census growth. Develop community and healthcare partnerships as a referral source, serving as a liaison to hospitals, physicians, case managers, and residents. Represent facilities at community functions and meetings while maintaining knowledge of CMS-Medicare reimbursement guidelines and participating in mandatory in-services. Produce routine and ad hoc reporting according to business needs. This per diem role involves two weekends monthly with some holiday coverage and potential full-time vacation coverage. Remote work is required.
