Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing and hospice care to patients and families during Saturday and Sunday shifts from 8:30am to 5:00pm in Marin County, with additional coverage to S.F. and Sonoma Counties as needed. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing services consistent with the patient care plan while communicating with attending physicians and team leaders to coordinate optimal care. Maintain compliance with agency policies, federal, and state regulations throughout the shift. Current California RN license required; Bachelor's degree or one year of recent nursing experience preferred. Public Health Nursing and HPNA certifications highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience as a professional nurse in the past three years
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current license as a registered professional nurse in the State of California
- Saturday & Sunday availability
- 8:30am - 5:00pm shift availability
- Marin County location
- Additional coverage to S.F. & Sonoma Counties as needed
- Compliance with CDPH vaccine requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in acute care/ home health and/or hospice setting
- Public Health Nursing certification
- HPNA certification
