Night shift RN or LPN in a 55-bed long-term care facility; responsible for implementing the nursing process, supervising nursing personnel, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating resident care; maintain records; communicate with families, physicians, and health-care team; ensure safe, therapeutic environment; weekend package includes base pay plus 35% weekend premium; requires accredited nursing program graduate and Iowa license; geriatric experience preferred; may perform non-professional duties and supervise others.
