Weekend Package Registered Nurse (RN)

Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, and care planning in compliance with Health Campus Policies. Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission through discharge. Visit assigned residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status, notifying the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing of any condition changes. Identify resident problems and emergency situations to initiate immediate lifesaving measures when a physician is unavailable. Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting. Requires a current, valid state RN license and CPR certification. Works minimum 2x 8-hour or 12-hour shifts every weekend with an additional $7.00/hour incentive from 6pm Friday to 7am Monday.
