Weekend Package Registered Nurse (RN)

Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning, and patient care conferencing in compliance with Health Campus Policies. Utilize the nursing process to deliver quality clinical care and ensure continuity from admission through discharge, while visiting assigned residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status. Identify resident problems and emergency situations, initiating immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician, and notify the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing regarding condition changes. Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting. This weekend package role requires working minimum 2 shifts (8hr or 12hr) every weekend between 6pm Friday and 7am Monday. Candidates must hold a current, valid state RN license and CPR certification.
