Weekend Package Registered Nurse (RN)

Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning, and patient care conferencing in compliance with Health Campus Policies. Utilize the nursing process to deliver quality clinical care from admission through discharge, visiting assigned residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing of condition changes. Identify resident problems and emergency situations to initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician, while performing administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting. This Weekend Package role involves working minimum 2 shifts (8hr or 12hr) every weekend between 6pm Friday and 7am Monday with additional shift differentials for evening or night hours.
