Weekend Package Registered Nurse (RN)

Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, and care planning in compliance with Health Campus Policies. Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care from admission through discharge, visiting assigned residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse or physician of condition changes. Identify resident problems and emergency situations, initiating immediate lifesaving measures when a physician is absent. Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting. This Weekend Package RN role requires a valid state RN license and current CPR certification, with shifts working between 6pm Friday and 7am Monday.
