Weekend Package Registered Nurse (RN)

Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning, and patient care conferencing in compliance with Health Campus Policies. Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care from admission through discharge, visiting assigned residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse or physician of condition changes. Identify resident problems and emergency situations to initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician, while performing administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, and charting. This Weekend Package RN role requires a current, valid state RN license and CPR certification, with a schedule of minimum two 8-hour or 12-hour shifts every weekend between 6pm Friday and 7am Monday.
