Job Summary
Conduct daily visits to assigned units to evaluate residents' physical and emotional status, notify the charge nurse or physician of condition changes, and initiate immediate lifesaving measures during emergencies. Provide holistic care within license scope, monitor medication and supply inventory, complete medical forms and charting, and report occupational exposures per facility policy. Maintain a current state LPN license and CPR certification. Weekend shifts run 16 or 24 hours every weekend with additional hourly incentives for evening and night hours between 6pm Friday and 7am Monday.
Required Qualifications
