Weekend Package Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Visit residents on your assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate their physical and emotional status, notifying the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing of any condition changes. Identify resident problems and emergency situations to initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician, while providing holistic care within your LPN license scope. Assist in monitoring medication, medical supply, and equipment inventory to ensure readiness for residents. Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting. Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals per facility policy. This weekend package requires working minimum two 8-hour or 12-hour shifts every weekend between 6pm Friday and 7am Monday, with additional shift differentials for evening or night work. Candidates must hold a current, valid state LPN license and active CPR certification.
